In The End, We Can’t Say That We’re Struggling Alone

Maybe we are the strong ones. Even though we only have enough money in our pockets to buy gasoline for the next week, we never tell those who put their hopes in us. Even though we've been eating irregularly lately due to other priorities, we just keep our mouths shut when a phone call comes in asking how we're doing. Even though our quota is running low, only utilizing the internet connection at the office, we never complain to our family.

Maybe we are the strong ones. Even though we hear a lot of hurtful words at work, we never throw a tantrum to mom and dad. Even though many things that don't meet expectations happen so suddenly at the office, that it might feel like nausea, we never rebel to those who only know we are fine. Even though we often daydream all the way home until we suddenly fall down, we never say how painful life is, to those who might be sad if they hear that we have a disaster, even if it seems small.

Maybe we are the ones who pretend or force ourselves to be strong. Despite the many tragedies that enveloped the cold night, despite the many tears that came out…
